EMO is an organization that coordinates and manages emergencies and disasters on behalf of the provincial government.

EMO works with emergency management partners and local authorities such as the RM of Headingley before, during and after disasters and emergencies to ensure that there is effective collaboration, coordination and communication for the disaster or emergency event.
