Application Fee: $3,000.00
Additional fees may include actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by the municipality for technical, administrative, professional, consultative, or other services required by the municipality to review the application. These costs are charged in accordance with the fees and charges levied by any person or firm retained on behalf of the municipality to provide those services.
