Sewer and Water Utility Rates 2021

Rates are based upon metered consumption and are charged Quarterly. Home owners are responsible for annual pump-out of the solid side of their septic tanks.

Water and Sewer Rates

Combines sewer and water rates per cubic meter  $4.10

Sewer only per cubic meter  $2.48

Sewer and water rates per 1000 gallons  $18.64

Rates are also subject to a quarterly administration fee of $10.25

There is also a minimum consumption charge based on meter size
