The RM of Headingley requires building inspections throughout your building project. All new home construction requires the following inspections:

Steel foundation inspection including any garage foundation

Framing inspection

Plumbing rough-in below and above grade

Insulation and Vapour barrier

Final inspection

Final Grade Level

Please note, final inspection must be completed before the home owner moves into the house.
