The Rural Municipality of Headingley is considering a new zoning by-law to update the existing by-law. An open house presentation was made on March 10, 2010 at which time the By-Law was presented. The Storyboards and the Draft By-Law are available for viewing on this site. Please look under the pull down tab "Local Government" "Policies and By-Laws". You will find the file "Draft Zoning By-Law" and "Draft Zoning By-Law Story Boards" to view and download.
If you wish to provide comments on the draft by-law please do so in writing and e-mail, mail, or drop them off at the RM Office before the close of business on April 15, 2010.
