Council meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.
Correspondence for the consideration of Council must be received by the Chief Administrative Office prior to 4:30 pm on the Thursday preceding the Council meeting.

Persons wishing to appear as a delegation before council must make an appointment with the Chief Administrative Officer together with a brief written submission stating the purpose of the delegation prior to 4:30 pm on the Thursday preceding the Council meeting.

The Rural Municipality of Headingley is located in south central Manitoba, just 3 kilometers west of Manitoba's capital city, Winnipeg. The municipality is located along and adjacent to the Trans Canada Highway. The bustling community of approximately 2726 is located on the eastern border of fertile flat prairie lands that characterize central and western Manitoba.

Headingley Draft Zoning By-Law

The Rural Municipality of Headingley is considering a new zoning by-law to update the existing by-law. An open house presentation was made on March 10, 2010 at which time the By-Law was presented. The Storyboards and the Draft By-Law are available for viewing on this site. Please look under the pull down tab "Local Government" "Policies and By-Laws". You will find the file "Draft Zoning By-Law" and "Draft Zoning By-Law Story Boards" to view and download. If you wish to provide comments on the draft by-law please do so in writing and e-mail, mail, or drop them off at the RM Office before the close of business on April 15, 2010.
